Emelia, the heart of our family
The face on our logo belongs to Emelia, the matriarch of the Pascall clan. This farm is our tribute to her legacy.

Roots in Valencia
Emelia came from Valencia, the daughter of Olive and Riley. She was mother to Michael, Sean and Timothy, grandmother to Kimberly, Ian, Sarrah, Joshua and Kayla, and great grandmother to Khalil. She was the one who held us all together.

The teacher and the maker
She loved art and craft. For many years she taught cake icing at UWI and with YTEPP, and she taught floral arrangement too. She was a master at macramé and an absolute all rounder.

A giver to everyone
She loved people and gave to anyone and everyone. Whatever she made, she found it hard to charge for, and more often than not she simply gave it away. She poured herself into her family, and her life was a testimony to God's mercy. She loved Him with everything she had.

What we carry on
Today her family works side by side on our farm in Wallerfield, growing food and raising our hens with the same care and generosity she showed all of us.
